Gispro Deelnemingen B.V. ("we," "our," or "us") does not sell or share your personal information. Claim Settlements: Class Action stores your name, address, and email address only on your own device - this data never reaches our servers, so there is nothing on our systems to sell or share with third parties.

Out of caution, and to comply with U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA), we provide a formal way to request confirmation that no sale or sharing of your information occurs, or to flag your preference for the future.

How to Submit a Request

Email support@claimysettlements.app with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," including:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your use of Claim Settlements: Class Action
• Phone number (optional)
• A statement confirming you are requesting that your information not be sold or shared

Authorized Agents

A third party may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization (e.g., power of attorney).

Response Timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request and respond within 45 days, as required by law. Identity verification may take 5–10 business days.
